In an initial interview, we discuss qualification requirements, financial and operational, and whether you’re qualified to support a Soca® Caribbean Kitchen location and its staff.

Introductory Call with a Soca® Director of Development.

We answer all your questions as best we can. We discuss specific qualification requirements, an overview of the process and available opportunities.

Receive Soca®’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and Application.

Our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) explains the Soca® franchise opportunity in detail and includes a copy of the franchise agreement you’ll be signing. Our Soca® sales director then thoroughly reviews the FDD with you.

Submit Application for Approval and Complete Due Diligence.

As your application is being processed and reviewed by the approval committee, you complete your research. This includes discussions with current franchisees, generating restaurant proformas and formulating your business plan. You will speak with members of the Soca® executive team at a franchisor discovery and approval visit. Once you’ve been approved, your franchise agreements will be sent to you.

When the agreement is signed, received and countersigned and all fees are paid, you become an official Soca® franchisee. This is when we really get to work. Our development, training, marketing and operations teams help you to construct and open your restaurant as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
